Can I move a row of data or specific cell values to another table?

Why do I need this? I need to add a separate table which has columns which match another table. Call them Parent and child for this purpose. How do I select a row from a Parent table and paste that data to identical columns in another table?

Parent is updated through dropbox so will constantly change. Child is static and held in dropbox too.

Can this be done guys?
