Can i restringe data without email login?

Hello! Im creating an app for my team, but heres my question:

Is there any way to differentiating one user from another (WITHOUT USER LOGIN?), like using a checkbox?

I want to do this because not everyone has an email here, and i do not want a secure login… Just a way to separate informations.

I cannot find the proper way to make this “selection” i said… i did read all these articles, but still cannot do it.

Let me explain better:

Theres a selection box. With values 1, 2, 3…

When the user select value1, it filters the rest of the data
