Can users authenticate their own gmail email accounts so that any emails sent by actions or reports are sent from the users own email (gmail) accounts?

Hi Jacob, the rules of email spoofing prevent this. If email is sent by our system, then it cannot be sent by the user’s email account.

However, the email can appear to be sent from anybody’s account. Use the Display Name and ReplyTo fields to configure this

@praveen right i was asking if a user can connect there own email so any emails would be sent by the user instead of appsheet.

The only way to do this would be via a webhook that connected to an email server (eg: Mailchimp) but you would have to manage that yourself. Makes sense for an organization but not for individual users.
