Can you add a field that opens a google doc

More specifically:

When customer places order I would like for a google document to be created where we can input the order details, for example components of finished product or lines of personalization text?

If this can be done can you automatically set the file name to the customer name and check to see if there is already an existing document started for a customer (ie new vs returning)?

Maybe there is a better way, I welcome all suggestions! Thanks in advance!

Why not generate the document from input gathered by the app?


Iā€™m not sure how to do that, but there is multiple products and multiple different inputs for each product. Sometimes a picture also.
