Can you copy a table from one app and use it in another?

I opened a sample app (Vehicle Inspection) and want to duplicate one of the tables (assuming it is from a spreadsheet saved somewhere) into a mileage app I am playing with.

Is this possible? I could do it manually in a spreadsheet, but wondering where the data spreadsheets are kept where I can access it.

Is this sheet/data stored on the web account?

The source spreadsheet for a sample app is likely stored somewhere inaccessible to you. You can copy the entire app, with the checkbox checked for copying the source data, then you’ll have the sheet on your own GDrive, with which you can do what you please.
