Cannot Add Users

I recently deployed my App and I went to add Users. This is the states on the Users tab where I normally can add their email addresses.

“Sorry, you cannot see the UserAllow List because the App is read only”.

I assume that is because it is deployed, however I just don’t know how to resolve this situation and I am in a pinch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Being deployed most certainly does not prevent you from adding users.

It sounds like the account that you were signed in to when you tried to access the editor for that app does not have “can edit app definition” privilege. Are you signing in with the correct account?
