Can't I test my app under deployment state?

I just finished creating an app and I want to test it with few of my team members. But when I deploy the app, Appsheet sends me an email forcing me to upgrade the account withing 3 days in order to stay active. Find the screenshot below.

What dose this email means?
Canโ€™t I test my app under deployed state with few (I mean less than 10) persons?
