Can't save new views

Trying to add some new views, when I go to save it, the app just sits there looking like it’s trying to connect. I tried in both chrome and firefox on my end and I get the same result. I can add tables and save changes to columns, so far I’m experiencing this with views.

Is this still happening? Did it used to work and then break? Which exact version of chrome did you try?
