Catalogue for Public Users

I am wanting to build a catalogue app, where I list a huge variety of stamps, and I want users to be able to login to their account and be able to look at lots of different pages, and tick a checkbox to say whether they have the stamp or not, and whether they need to order it. They need to be able to leave the app, and come back, and the data needs to be saved, and visible to the user. Is this possible with your software? I have tried two already, and it has not been successful.
