Change "New" to "Add Stops"

Would I be able to change the “New” button to an “Add Stops” button?

I presume you wish to change the label or name of the button. If so , yes you can do so.

Please go to UX --> Localize.

All the system buttons listed there in can be renamed. You can even use expressions to rename them. For example you may call the button, “New” as “Add Stops” in one view and “Add Items” in the other.
