Change view from data list to form AND fill part of opened form with information from data list

I have 2 lists with data base (DBL1 and DBL2).

I need to trigger sequance of 2 actions when user is cklicking on button, while used is on selected row (article of row) from DBL1 is opened

1. Change view to Form that adds information to DBL2
2. Fill few fields of the Form of DBL2 with information stated in row (article of row)

For example
Data base lists - Vegetables, Recepy.
I need to trigger sequance of 2 actions when user is cklicking on button (add to recepy), while used is on selected Tomatoes (with description - colour, weight, name) from data base Vegetables is opened

1. Change view to Form of Recepy
2. Fill few fields (name of vegetable, colour ) of the Form of DBL2 with information stated in details of (Tomato), and continue choosing other fields (quantity of tomatoes in kg and other)

Please advise the way to solve 2nd point.

There are some issues in article you have put. The issue is syntaxsis. It is not clear for understanding and has mistake of placement (,) after ([). Please correct.
