Change yes/no field on deck/table view

hi
i have an event/calendar app, and i have a yes/no field that marks if the event/task is done
how may i change that yes/no value directly from the deck/table view? the only way i see to change a yes/no field is in form, but it’s a bit slow

may i change the icon of the action on deck view based on the value of the field yes/no?

i mean, if the field yes/no has a “yes” value the button has an icon, if has a “no” value has another icon
