Chart hover data customization

In one of my apps, I have a donut chart with defined three values in legend from an enum column. I have set the Label Type as value. When hovered over different sections of the chart, it pops the value again with the legend. Is there a way to customize the hover pop to show percentage instead.

Not currently, but we are definitely looking at adding such capability in the new Chart authoring experience we are preparing.
