Chart views column counts display

Hi There. In chart views you used to be able to display the values of the columns without hovering over it. Has this been removed or is there still a way to show counts of columns on the actual column?

There is no option to show values overlay the chart. AFAIK, this option is not going to be available on new chart style as well.
