Does the chatbot work on WhatsApp?

Chatbot is a FB feature therefore it won’t work with WhatsApp.

I understand that. In the past there was talk from app sheet to maybe incorporate it to work with WhatsApp. This would cater massively to the Chinese market and wondering if there are plans to implement this? Im looking for this feature as well.

You can use WhatsApp’s public web API for posting messages or provided you have other intentions of using it, I may advise creating a Twilio account, incorporating a Google Apps Script webhook and use Twilio’s WhatsApp API.

I do not understand your question. I know that some AppSheet partners have implemented notifications via Whatsaap (through Twilio) and I wanted to know if you know the details of how to do it.
