Child entries from Parent form not being added

On more than one app, when adding a child from a parent form, the child isn’t registered (added to the inline child block).

Anyone else have this issue or can offer advice?

Without more details, its hard to guess what might be wrong.

Can you show us your table and view implementations so we can review for anything that might help?

This is probably the bug which should w fixed now. Is it working ok now?

All fixed now, it was the system wide issue that happened yesterday. Thank you.
