Co-authors and data sources

I have some apps that I shared with members of IT, made them co-authors and admins. They have added the same data sources that I use; however, when I tried to get their help to remap data sources the sources weren’t available - even though they set them up.

What do we need to do/buy in order to have shared data sources that will allow any one of us to remap the data sources when needed? Is this what the team collaboration package is for?

I do have a call scheduled with Ginny next week. Was hoping to get a bit more educated before that call so I know exactly what to ask for

Cloud sql db

It sounds that you should share that DB to your co-authored users so they could add that DB as a source.
