I would like to put, in addition to the column name, a description for a column, which would appear to the user if he had a doubt of what to insert. Would it be possible? I saw that the column description does not appear for the user

The column’s Description, if not blank, is displayed–instead of the column’s Display name or the column name itself–above the column input field in a form view. A form view is the only location the Description value is ever displayed.

I find the current implementation of the column description field to be strange, and I think it could be repurposed to a much better end. Help/Info/Comments for fields (Detail, Form) Feature Requests

I would find it helpful to have a comment system for detail and form views; where when the name is clicked (hovered), or an info icon is clicked, a comment bubble pops up for additional details to the meaning of the value/input displayed. For both the detail and form views this would be helpful to the users; in detail, how the value is derived or the meaning of the value; and in forms, for clarification on what is being asked or more detail on what the value represents.
