Complicated dependent drop-down list

Hello everybody. I studied the topic of dependent drop-down list, but a little at a loss to apply it in my case.

There is the map divided into sections, for this table with the “address” and “section number” columns has been created. When filling out the form for another table when entering the address, you need to find out in which section the address is located and for this section create a drop-down list with delivery dates. Several delivery dates are required for each section.

Where should I put the delivery dates? Create another table with delivery dates?

If there are specific delivery dates for each location, then yes I would do that.

If the delivery dates are the same, I would just hard-code them into a list.
