Computed Key with timestamp can lock up form view

I am using a computed key as follows: CONCATENATE([Date and time],": ",[Name]). It normally works fine. But when someone backdates the “Date and time” entry then taps any other entry field, the Form view locks up. No further entries can be made. “Date and time” is based on type DateTime, with initial value NOW(). If someone forward dates Date and time, all form entries work fine, as expected.
