Currently, we have the ability to save files via Workflow (Rules) AND (Scheduled) Reports. I am looking for a hybrid of these two.
Essentially, Workflow is intended for a data condition based on 1 row and Report is intended for a data condition based on Time (where we can choose to create either a single report for the entire table or individual reports for each row in the table.).
What I am asking for is to specify 1 Workflow Rule for individual reports for each row in the table (i.e., 1 file per row in the table) when any row changes (i.e., only save file for row that changed).
This will simplify Workflows tremendously in a lot of cases. Tagging @Phil for he is da MAN!!
