Continue showing Prototype to Deployed fields

Whenever you are going to release an app you change it to deployed state. When you go to do that, there are a ton of fields that show warnings and what not. Maybe you need to deploy the app now but still want to go review those warning fields later for updating the app. Currently they just vanish. Would love to continue seeing them.
