Control Calendar View

Hello!
How can I do so that the calendar view shows only the monthly view and cannot be edited or show the details of the events already saved, but does it allow to add a new event?
I am trying to do something like a reservation calendar.

Perseverance is one of my greatest virtues / defects.
I managed to do it within the app with many conditional expressions nested.
But now what I want is to show the calendar to have an overview of the occupation, but without seeing the details of the events; and that only new events can be created, without seeing information from others.
