Converting a Number into Words

What is the suggested way to convert a currency number into a words-text ?
i.e. 51.20 into “fifty one and 20 cents”. I have built python code and VBA code for this previously , but I have no idea how I can " write a function" or “call a function” from here.

I am using Google Spreadsheets, so I guess I could write the code in AppScript, but no idea how to execute it in AppSheet
