Copy and paste or delete a row from Google Sheet

If I delete a row or copy and paste one from my Gloogle sheet, will the app take it in stride? is it that easy to update files?

Changes you make directly to a spreadsheet from outside the app will only be seen by the app the next time the app syncs. Generally speaking, it’s risky to make manual changes to the spreadsheet once an app is using it.
