Copying whole App

Here is hoping…

We have built an app with several modules.

Is there a way of copying the whole App as we have someone interested in buying the copy and making it their own?

Yes. On the main Apps list, click the “dots” menu to get a list of options. Then choose “Copy”. See image below.

The datasource and the app are copied. If your app uses a database, the database tables are copied to individual sheets.

CAUTION: The copy sometimes will display an error. Most of the time this error can be ignored. The copy continues and you actually end up with a copied app. But I strongly recommend, testing the copy and inspecting for anything unusual and fixing it.

Once you are comfortable the app is good shape, you would then want to TRANSFER OWNERSHIP. There is a capability to do that.
