Could the "Accented Footer" style also affect dashboard headers?

The following is your typical interactive dashboard:

So much… bland.

(Yes yes, I know I can add formatting rules to it…)

But to help spruce up the general interface, and give some dynamics to look of things, it would be nice that if we turned on the style option with the bottom highlighted…

…then the headers for dashboard sections (my clients always seem to call them “Cards”) would invert their colors - just like the bottom navigation option selected does:
