Create an ecommerce app for Pakistan

Dear Appsheet,
I have 2 questions

1. I want to create a e-commerce app for both Android and iOS users consumers in Pakistan, can i use Appsheet to build and launch it.

2. for Payment. Pakistan does not have Paypal, can i integrate the local payment mechanism “easy paisa” in the app .
