Create Bot for full report

I have a product ordering app for my restaurant’s commissary kitchen. Simple 2 columns… product name and quantity needed. I currently have a scheduled report set up to email a pdf at midnight of all products with quantities needed. I would like to instead email same pdf when changes have been saved. I was able to set up a bot to send when changes are made but it sends a separate email for every data change. I need it to just send 1 email with all changes as 1 pdf. Ant help is much appreciated.

You have to define a condition for when the app should send the email. Or in other words, which data change causes the Bot to run.

Using a button to trigger Process

My standard way is to always have a “trigger” column in every table that will require a Workflow/Bot. To trigger the automation, I use an Action button to set this “trigger” column to the value of UTCNOW() . Then your condition for the Workflow/Bot-Event will be:
