Create "copy" of routes

So I have a spreadsheet of routes for a driver’s application. The spreadsheet looks like this

with driver and Finished? columns when you scroll to the right. I want to use these rows as “templates” for new route objects. Is this possible within AppSheet? I want to be able to press the + button and add and delete locations from the list, then use that list however I want.
