Create list from one single row

Hi
Just wondering - what is the expression needed if I want to create a list (to email to myself) of the data of one ROW of my table with data of different TYPES?
eg. date, text, numbers.

There are expressions for columns but not rows. Or maybe I’m just not getting it. Sorry. Just started this a few days ago.

Sending Email from a Bot, Workflow Rule or Scheduled Report

A Bot, Workflow Rule can send email when data changes. A Scheduled Report can send email on a schedule you specify.
