Custom action to appear as system generated action

Hello,

Can I show custom action besided “New”? Basically, I want to copy and create a new record for child table from the last record created. I want to do this before syncing the changes. I have created an action as “Copy Last” for this purpose to create a new record in the same table copying the value from current record.
