Customise Paused App message

Hello
Is it possible to customise the message screen shown when an app is in a paused state, when we are doing maintenance? So, for example, it doesnt have the big fat word “Error” in bold at the top, but the message that the app is not available at the moment is in the detail (smaller font size) at the bottom?

Yes, my app users think it is an error, which is the only reason I don’t use the feature.
