Data as unique value in a form

hello. im new user at appsheet. i would like to know how to set a data field in a table to make a inspection form to set as one time input value (so data inspection is unique for many items inspection). by the moment, my table allow to input data at every item data inspection… so if i have 40 items to survey then it oblies me to input 40 times data value.
