Data-Change Action Types help

Hi,
I am confused how to use the Data: Execute an action on a set of rows
Especially the “reference rows”.
I want to update values in tblProduct when hit action in tblUnit.
Are there any sample apps that use the Data: Execute an action on a set of rows that I can refer.
