This is a concept sketch of the collection of data to populate the ICS 214 from and to be able to track who has created and submitted which day/operational period data.
I have a working Excel file that will show how to create this using Excel. I can email it to whoever wants to see it. Additionally what is needed is a report that shows all users:
Date | Op# | Name | Home Agency | Unit
Sort Order 1 is Date and Op#
Sort Order 2 is Home Agency, Unit, Name, Date and Op#
In a small county this could easily contain 30,000 records / line items.
