Data from a table linked through Related Link

I have a couple of tables shown below

I want to create a form to create a task comment to include the ProjectSiteName from the Project table.

So the form would be
TaskCommentID
ProjectID
TaskID
OpenBy
Subject
Comment

I found using the ref and choosing a different tabled worked
