DATA & TABLES DESIGN and SYNC TIME

In order to minimize sync time in Appsheet, do you think it is better to:

A - put all the data in a single sheet, thus consequently incrementing the number of columns?

B - Organize the data in different sheets, each one with a limited number of columns.

C - Is the same.
