Date format error on quick edit

Hi Experts,

Please let me know how to handle this issue below:
On table UX with quick edit activated, date format shows me yyyy.mm.dd, but it does not accept the value entered with this format. Please find screenshots attached.

Could you update where are you trying this date editing? If you are doing so in the desktop view, one thing to try is please ensure your browser’s language setting matches that of the date format you are trying to edit.
