Date Problem on Apple Mac’s

Has anybody come across this issue and if so how did you resolve it? The App works fine on Win PC, Laptop, Phone, Tablet.

It also works fine on Android equipment.

It works on Apple Mac with the exception of writing dates. We are based in the UK but one of our users uses a Mac and it keeps putting the dates in in US format.

We have checked the Mac date setting and they appear to be correct. Any suggestions Please.

@James_W_Rezin Hi James, since your user was running the app on a Mac laptop, I assume that she was running it in a browser, probably Safari. Could you ask your user to check the language settings of Safari on her laptop to see if it’s English-UK?
