It’d be handy to have a column type that opens up a Date selector pop-up that allows the user to select a range or list of dates. The underlying data for that column could be a comma-separated list of date values.
AND, it would be cool to specify certain things, like must include a start and finish… etc.
This opens the door for standard date calendar selectors…
ALSO, I would love to see the calendar view be more interactive like the map view… When you plus add a record, it would be cool if you could select a date range, like booking an appointment on google calendar…

Wanted to give a shout out for calendar views that need some love… When we have a calendar view, it would be nice to be able to drag a selection, then click the plus button, or vice versa for start/finish datetimes…
The addition of a datetime_range as a column type would also make it easier to select a range in a pop up calendar during form/quickedits…
