DateTime field on Form should advance to Time entry after picking Date from calendar

Should be a small and easy request.

When entering a DateTime field on a Form, if I type in a date manually it will advance to the Time portion of the field. However, the same thing does not happen if I choose a Date from the calendar picker.

I would like to see an enhancement to this functionality such that when a date is chosen from the calendar picker, the view advances the cursor to Time portion of the input field. This will help speed up entry.
