Dear Community: I would greatly appreciate your help with a topic. I am currently sending automatic reports via email to my clients using the workflow option and it’s great! But now I would like to know how many times I have sent these automatic reports to a client. Is there any way to know? Thanks in advance.

@Levent_KULACOGLU It is not a Scheduled workflow. it is a workflow rule. An email is sended when change the value of column.
A workaround might be setting up a ChangeCounter column which is tied to the change in workflow rule triggering column. Starting from 0 could tell you how many times the workflow rule is triggered. Set its Update Mode to Accumulate and ChangeColumns value to the column that’s triggering your workflow rule when changed.
