RESOLVED: Delay in sending workflow and invite emails

FYI, we had a spammer attack AppSheet over the weekend using our platform as a vehicle to send out large volumes of spam email via an unlikely/clever/devious route. As a result, at the moment, our outgoing emails are blocked while we put in some mitigations. Emails from AppSheet apps will be delayed until later today until this problem is cleared up. Weโ€™ll post an update here when things are back to normal.

This issue should now be resolved. Emails that were queued up are in the process of being sent.

Thanks Praveen. This is the first time I call something like this happening - any risk or concerns it could happen again?

I think the reality is, as we get larger/more visible, we also become more of a target for various questionable actors. We have to increase our safeguards/vigilance/mitigations appropriately.
