Delete Account Without Access To Old Email

I created an account using my work e-mail and my PERSONAL credit card. I quit the job and can no longer access the associated work email address. I need to delete the account so I am no longer charged. Please advise.

Please note, the account I have created to ask this question is using my personal email. I cannot login to the other account.
