Deploying a sample App for free from a free subscription plan

Hello there,
I made a simple CRM app hat I wanted to share for free with the community but it seems I cannot do so while being on a free subscription plan.
Is this right?

Creating Public Samples in Your Portfolio

You can share the definition of an application with others by adding it to your Portfolio.

Making an app Public in your portfolio Tips & Tricks 💡

If you want to make an App public in your portfolio. 1 Open the App 2 > Manage 3> Teamwork 4> Make this app a public sample 5> Click on Change visibility 6> Click on the not deployed (in red top left corner of editor) 7> Change to deployed 8> Go to My Account 9> Collab 10> View my public Apps Your deployed public app should be in there. Share the link to this page if you want someone to check out your public profile apps.
