Design question - Ongoing regular monthly reminders

Hi All,

I am developing an app for an accountant. For each of their clients they keep track of Tax remittance on a monthly basis. I need my design to remind the accountant each month that tax remittance is due and to keep reminding them until they enter a remittance date. Thats the key, that they have to be reminded each and every month and then have the ability to stop the reminders by entering a remittance date each month.

Any suggestions, advice or guidance much appreciated
