Detail view scrolling issue

I’m having an issue in one of my Detail Views. When users are going to the App in the browser and visiting this View, they can scroll down smoothly and easily (as expected) but when they try to scroll up I get a repeatable issue: it snags and resists their scroll up. Has anyone experienced this? I really need to get it resolved. Thanks!
