Display a slice

The other day I was able to add view options in the 3 bar menu to action a slice. I did something wrong earlier today which killed the app. I am now redoing it from scratch and can’t remember what I did to display a slice. Help please.

Create a new slice

Ux>add view> select table as the newly created slice.
