Display information that has been changed

I wanted to get a sort of update column using a SHOW column type (or any other) to show what has been changed, kind of like how bios setting shows you what the previous value was and what you have set it to before saving. is this something capable within appsheet? preferably without alot of coding of IFS usage because I have about 46 columns in this one form

Possible, but only with a lot of IF()/IFS().
